USAIGC Competitive Gymnastics Program
This program is ideal for girls who love the sport and competition, but don’t have a lot of time or resources due to school, family or other sports activities.
Levels and advancements are based on skill accomplishment on vault, beam, uneven bars and floor — with more flexibility and individuality (choices) in their routines. With lower recommended practice hours, this program is ideal for girls who wish to develop the skills and pursue their collegiate gymnastics dream.
Athletes in the USAIGC Program do not need previous gymnastics experience. Many come from our gymnastics recreational classes – all levels and age groups – when they are ready for the challenge of competition.
Our USAIGC Program will takes girls from all ages and skill levels and turns them from raw talent into a competitive gymnast so fast your head will spin!
