They are extremely attentive and very gentle with my 4 year old! They also push my 8 year old to try things that she normally would be scared to do in a safe manner building her confidence! I totally trust both of my kids going there!

MENTORING & ENCOURAGEMENT
Today’s kids spend more time on devices than they do running around, and that can be a problem. It’s part of the reason that childhood obesity and diabetes have become common. As a parent, you want your child to be enthusiastic about exercise.
Gymnastics classes teach kids how to learn, breaking down movements and skills in a way that helps them understand how hard work will help them reach their goals. Over time, they’ll see their skills improve and their bodies transform.
Our experienced gymnastics instructors will be with your child every step of the way, ensuring that they learn in a way that is age-appropriate, safe, and fun. They’ll provide the encouragement and instruction that your child needs to thrive.
