They are extremely attentive and very gentle with my 4 year old! They also push my 8 year old to try things that she normally would be scared to do in a safe manner building her confidence! I totally trust both of my kids going there!

I have been with the Free to Fly Family since the summer of 2016 and have always been impressed by what my girls have accomplished in a short amount of time. Not only are they learning skills but the correct technique. The coaches are very approachable and have a good relationship with their students. Definitely Recommend ❤️ 🤸🏼♂️

MENTORING & ENCOURAGEMENT
Today’s kids spend more time on devices than they do running around, and that can be a problem. It’s part of the reason that childhood obesity and diabetes have become common. As a parent, you want your child to be enthusiastic about exercise.
Gymnastics classes teach kids how to learn, breaking down movements and skills in a way that helps them understand how hard work will help them reach their goals. Over time, they’ll see their skills improve and their bodies transform.
Our experienced gymnastics instructors will be with your child every step of the way, ensuring that they learn in a way that is age-appropriate, safe, and fun. They’ll provide the encouragement and instruction that your child needs to thrive.
9:1 for 6 year olds and up
6:1 for 18 months to 6 year olds
Gymnastics is one of the few sports that is appropriate and safe for very young children. We start as early as 18 months. Early gymnastics classes teach basic skills such as balance and coordination. Older children learn tumbling skills and more advanced movements.
There is some risk of injury with any physical activity and we understand why parents worry about gymnastics, particularly when kids are on equipment such as the vault or bars. Your child’s safety is our top priority and our instructors work hard to minimize the risk of injury through proper technique and close supervision.
No, competition is optional. A lot of our young students decide they want to complete, but it’s not a requirement. If your child wishes to be a competitive gymnast, our instructors will help them to prepare for competition.
Yes. In fact, there’s evidence to show that combining physical activity with learning is the most effective way to teach kids. In our gymnastics classes, kids must focus and practice self-discipline to succeed, and those are skills they’ll take with them to school.
All gymnastics students learn tumbling (floor exercise), vault, balance beam and uneven bars. In terms of fitness, they’ll build strength, flexibility, coordination, and discipline.
Yes. There’s plenty of evidence to show that the discipline that goes with learning gymnastics can help kids behave in school. They need to focus and pay attention in gymnastics classes, and those skills will go with them to school and beyond, helping them in every aspect of life.
The most common attire is a leotard for girls and shorts. Any clothing your child wears should be free of zippers, strings, or any attachment that might get caught in a piece of equipment. Your child should be barefoot in class.
Yes. Your child can practice provided they have safety equipment. For example, you should never let your child tumble without a mat. Your child should be supervised at all times when practicing gymnastics at home.
