Your child might not want to play a team sport, but that doesn’t mean they don’t need physical activity and exercise. Getting kids to get up and move is part of your job as a parent, and it’s the key to your child living a healthy life.
Parkour/ Ninja Warrior classes offer something that isn’t easy to find: an activity that builds strength, coordination and agility while also fostering creativity and offering kids a fun way to get their bodies moving and improve their physical fitness.
Our group of experienced Parkour/ Ninja Warrior instructors work with kids to teach them basic moves and safety. Each core skill is something your child can take and use to navigate courses and gain strength. And, the problem-solving abilities they’ll gain will follow them to school and beyond.

Parkour/ Ninja Warrior is a fun activity that teaches a variety of skills. At a beginning level, it involves learning how to use your body to navigate obstacles, including the basics of balancing. At more advanced levels, it can include flips and other tricks.
We teach kids of all ages starting at four years old. Kids younger than that don’t have the physical coordination to be safe in a Parkour/ Ninja Warrior class. We start kids slow and teach age-appropriate skills that they can build on as they get older.
Any sport or physical activity can be dangerous if you don’t know how to do it properly. We can’t eliminate the risk, but we take every precaution to make our Parkour/ Ninja Warrior classes safe for kids, including using thick mats on our courses and building skills sequentially.
Your child should wear loose workout clothes and sturdy shoes with a non-slip sole. Tank tops, tee-shirts, shorts, sweatpants, and leggings are all appropriate. We can make recommendations of the best shoes for your child if you’re unsure what to buy.
There is no special equipment required. However, a water bottle so they can stay hydrated. Other than that, there is nothing else your child needs to bring except excitement and a sense of adventure.
Students in our Parkour/ Ninja Warrior classes learn an array of skills that include running, jumping, and balancing. They navigate courses that we set up and learn how to use their bodies to generate the energy and momentum needed to do so.
Yes. We all need to start somewhere. Our instructors will meet your child where they are and help them get to where they need to be, providing the guidance they need to meet their fitness goals.
That’s up to you. Parkour/ Ninja Warrior is safe when practiced properly. We would suggest that very young children should always be supervised when doing Parkour/ Ninja Warrior in or out of class. Some of our parents set up mini-courses for the kids to practice on at home.
